《易经》第三十八卦睽火泽睽离上兑下

卦象结构：离上兑下

卦名：睽卦火泽睽

睽，[名]形声字，本义两眼不看一个地方，散光不对焦。引申为[动]分离，背离，违背，不合。

《说文解字》：“睽，目不相视也。”二目不能集中视线同视一物。

《玉篇》：“睽，目少精也。”

《六书故》：“反目也，因之为睽乖。”

睽，有反目之义，离散之义。

卦象自然属性看，离上兑下，离火炎上，兑泽润下，火与泽二体本性相违，背离不合。火泽，睽也。卦象取名睽卦，火泽睽。

《易经.序卦传》：家道穷必乖，故受之以“睽”。睽者，乖也。乖必有难，故受之以“蹇”。

前一卦，家人卦的核心密码就是一个“正”。“男主外，女主内”各正其位，“男女正，天地之大义也。家道正而天下定矣”。

反之，家道不正，妇子嘻嘻，失家节也，终吝。

家风不正，没有家教人家出来的，往往性格上显得刁蛮、乖张、无素质（家道穷必乖）。家人卦后是睽卦（故受之以“睽”。睽者，乖也）。

《说文》：“乖，戾也。”

《广雅》：“乖，背也。”

《贾子道术》：“刚柔得适谓之和，反和为乖。”

家和万事兴，家人不和必有难（乖必有难）。睽卦之后就是不顺难行的蹇卦（故受之以“蹇”。）。

家人卦和睽卦一体相综的两卦。

家人卦，讲的是齐家治国。正家而天下定矣。

睽卦，讲的就是悲欢离合。睽异中求同。
