现在知道了。有些时候，我们不得不自己画地为牢，而且还无可奈何的接受。真是人生无常，大肠包小肠,无力感油然而生。

也许人难以面对的，正是自处。一天天百无聊赖的自言自语，也许内心不丰富的人，几日便可能崩溃。难怪有关禁闭这种刑罚。现在看来，一个人能坐得住真是一种本事。

《周易》里有关修行的卦，我认为艮卦与井卦就是其二，艮卦是静之极，不动如山。井卦是静之深，反求诸己。

井：改邑不改井，无丧无得。往来井井。汔至。亦未繘井，羸其瓶，凶。

井者地德也，水利万物而不争，井处水脉之上，济人济物，惠泽一方。犹人自处，外求无用，内求得真。得真，活水深挖，身心得养，受益无穷。

处井地，修德性。见天地见众生前，见自己。就是心有咫尺，天地可量，逍遥红尘里。

井卦前有困卦，后有革卦。井卦为修行自渡，承上启下。穷则独善其身，达则接济天下。穷达之变，在乎有无井德。

井洌全赖井渫，井甃。井泉水美，全赖内求不止，修正不止。

当今已是大变局时代，有此不得不的修行良机，请静下心，聆听内心的声音。洗绦内心的焦虑，调整不安的状态。路漫漫其修远兮，收起的的拳头才更有力量。
