体质养生小建议:
气虚体质:
1、饮食调整:多吃平性偏温好消化的食物。常吃淮山、白扁豆、大枣、小米、猪肚、牛肉、鸡蛋、桂圆、鸡肉、香菇。
2、生活规律:劳逸结合,心情舒畅。
3、禁忌:暴饮暴食、烟酒、过度劳累、过量运动。
5、经络调理:梳理肺经脾经,常用穴位有肺腧、足三里、中脘穴等。
肝郁体质:
1、饮食调整:饮食规律,多吃有行气解郁的食物,如萝卜、橘子皮、海带、绿色蔬菜、香菇、鲫鱼、苹果、柿子、蜂蜜、洋葱。
2、生活规律:早睡早起,心情愉悦。
3、禁忌:寒凉食物、郁闷生气、借酒消愁。
4、经络调理:拍打梳理肝胆经、脾胃经,推腹按摩(平躺,掌根从胃向下推至肚脐)。疏肝理气穴位,太冲穴、大敦穴、曲泉穴。
血瘀体质:
1、饮食调整:饮食以清淡为主,常吃赤小豆、芹菜、黄瓜、山楂、桃仁、油菜、黑大豆、红葡萄酒、洋葱、银杏。
2、生活调整:规律睡眠、心态乐观。
3、禁忌:啤酒、油腻、寒凉食物。
4、经络调理:血海穴、神阙、隔俞、肝俞、太冲、三阴交、委中、曲池。(这些穴位可以适当刮痧、刺血)
血虚体质:
1、饮食调整:荤素搭配,常吃补血养血的食物,如红豆、菠菜、淮山、红枣、阿胶、花生、莲藕、黑木耳、鸡肉、猪肉、羊肉、海参、桂圆。
2、生活调整:劳逸结合,心情愉悦,作息规律。
3、禁忌:熬夜、酗酒、疲劳过度。
4、经络调理:艾灸、推拿等理疗补法,常用穴位有血海穴、三阴交、足三里、关元穴。
湿热体质:
1、饮食调整:以清淡为主,多吃健脾利湿的食物,如红豆、绿豆、薏仁、鱼腥草、山药、苦瓜、莲子、白扁豆、冬瓜、玉米等。
2、生活规律:不熬夜、三餐规律,心情愉悦。
3、禁忌:酒、滋腻、粘性、辛辣食物。
4、经络调理:背部膀胱经刮痧走罐,肝胆经、脾经上的穴位可以多疏通。
痰湿体质:
1、饮食调整:饮食清淡,多喝茶少喝酒。常吃海带、淮山、燕麦、薏米、红豆、绿色蔬菜、冬瓜、苦瓜、蘑菇、豆制品。
2、生活规律:不熬夜,少吃多运动,心态好(忧思伤脾,脾虚生痰)
3、禁忌:油腻、粘性、寒凉食物,烟酒。
4、经络调理:中医理疗穴位,丰隆穴、中脘穴、足三里、阴陵泉穴。
