鱼的眼睛里发出诡异的光?任何人没有看过这个黑暗料理我都会难过的OK？！
配料表：
1.、285 克纯面粉揉成 shortcrust pastry（现在超市就可以直接买到，不用自己揉了）
2、8条沙丁鱼，买不到沙丁鱼可以找小号的鲱鱼(英文是 Herrings)
3、盐、胡椒、洋葱末
4、约3汤匙香菜末、3个煮好的鸡蛋、3片烟熏培根
5、打好的鸡蛋液
做法：
1.、首先把面团揉成两张 shortcrust pastry，把一张平铺在盘子里，四周点上水；
2、烤箱先预热200°C（或 400°F）；
3、清理鱼骨、内脏，别忘了把鱼头留下啊！
4、撒上洋葱末和香菜末；
5、把鱼放在面皮上，记得一定要头朝上，要让这些“可爱”的脸庞“仰望星空”
6、有空隙的地方放上煮好的鸡蛋和培根；
7、将另一张面皮盖在上面，压实，在表面刷上蛋液；
8、放入烤箱烤 30分钟；如果鱼比较大只的话，30分钟之后可以将烤箱温度调到180°C再烤15分钟。
可能味道确实不错，就是没有勇气下手掐头去尾大家可以试试
